The Service is provided for organizational and informational purposes only. We use self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (Umami) to understand usage patterns. MyPetDay is a task tracking tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide recommendations for any pet health conditions. All information displayed is based solely on user-entered data and should not be considered medical or veterinary guidance.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any questions regarding your pet's health, medications, diet, or care requirements. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information tracked in this application.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of all information entered into the Service, including pet profiles, medication details, dosages, and schedules
- Verifying that all medication information matches prescriptions from your veterinarian
- Ensuring tasks are completed appropriately regardless of what is logged in the app
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account

- Missed tasks or care activities
- Any harm, injury, illness, or death to any pet
- Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time through your account settings before the renewal date. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
